Breastfeeding can be hard, but it doesn’t have to be… and you certainly don’t have to do it alone!

Hi, I’m Ariana

I’m an IBCLC, Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant. IBCLCs are healthcare professionals specializing in human lactation. As an expert in breastfeeding and lactation, I’m uniquely poised to assess the breastfeeding dyad (parent AND baby) to get to the root cause of your breastfeeding challenges. We will work together to find solutions that work for you to improve your breastfeeding experience.

Providing compassionate and comprehensive lactation support to help you meet your feeding goals…

Breastfeeding Challenges

  • If breastfeeding hurts or is just hard!

  • If you have nipple or breast pain (during or in between feeds)

  • If you’re concerned you might have low milk supply

  • If you know you have low supply and you’d like help getting to the root cause and making interventions that will help

  • If you think you may be producing too much milk

  • If your milk seems to let down fast and strong and this overwhelms your baby

Infant Oral Function and other baby issues:

  • If your baby seems to have difficulty breastfeeding

  • If you think your baby may have tongue or lip tie, but aren’t sure what to do

  • If baby is frequently gassy

  • If you’ve been told your baby has colic (this is a symptom, not a diagnosis!!)

  • If baby is not gaining well or beginning to fall off their curve

  • If you think baby might be reacting to something in your diet

Pumping and Bottle Feeding Difficulties:

  • If pumping is painful or uncomfortable

  • If you feel you’re not able to fully express your milk

  • If you’d like to increase your supply

  • If your baby has difficulty taking a bottle

  • If your baby seems to get overwhelmed when drinking from bottle

  • Transitioning home from NICU (getting back to breast, figuring out how to decrease supplementation, etc.)
